Chocolate Coconut Raw Bars
Directions
- In the bowl of a large food processor add the dates and the olive oil and blend until a large ball forms.
- Add ground nuts and coconut and process to combine.
- Move the mixture to a large bowl, add cocoa powder and knead with your hands to thoroughly combine.
- Press the mixture onto a flat surface to approximately 1/2" thickness.
- Cut into bars, wrap individually and place in the refridgerator for extended storage.
