Kat's Shake 'n' Bake Chicken
Directions
- Put almond flour, salt, pepper, paprika in a baggie and mix it up.
- Put a chicken thigh or leg in baggie and close it. Shake it around until coated. Repeat for each piece of chicken.
- Put chicken in a glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350o for 1 hour skin side up (for deboned and skinless chicken, reduce cooking time to 45 minutes).
- Broil for 5 minutes at the end to brown and crisp the tops.
