- Grind oats into a flour.
- In a medium bowl mix together oats, milk and cider (or juice or water).
- Cover and leave on counter overnight.
- Melt butter or coconut oil on skillet.
- In the morning blend in all other ingredients.
- Adjust batter consistency with milk or water.
- Pour batter onto hot buttered skillet to get desired size for pancakes.
- Cook pancakes until bubbles appear on top, flip and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
