REAL food is the foundation for your child's health. Simply put - our food speaks to our genes and our genes talk to our bodies. I don't think most people realize this when they are feeding themselves or their children processed, packaged, pasteurized, microwaved foods loaded with partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, food additives, colorings and dyes. What in the world are all of those fake ingredients instructing our bodies to do? Do these man made ingredients affect us at the cellular level? You bet they do. For example, partially hydrogenated oils create stiff cell walls, which are less permeable and prevent our cells from functioning and communicating effectively.

It's our choice - we can either tell our children's bodies to heal or to create disease by what we put in their mouths.

Scientific medical literature supports this, yet this information is not common knowledge.[1] We need to stop looking at food as just energy and calories and realize that food actually heals. The food you eat can be your greatest ally or worst enemy. It's all up to you and the choices you make for you and your family. Knowing this helps you prioritize your family's health and it makes it easier to spend a little extra money on high quality REAL food.

In fact, what you feed your child today will impact the health of your grandchildren and beyond. The branch of science called Epigenetics now proves this.

These dangerous ingredients increase internal inflammation, creating a smoldering fire throughout the body. Chronic inflammation has been linked with a host of diseases including allergies, asthma, eczema, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.[3]

Read your labels, or better yet, eat food that doesn't require a label! Don't delay! Start eating like your great-grandparents. An apple a day, keeps the doctor away - not teddy grahams.
