Tacos – Chef Jackie White



Chef Jackie’s Tacos are a weekly staple in our home.
We make a triple batch of this seasoning and store it with our other spices.

It’s the easiest dinner ever!

Brown meat (with onions and garlic), add taco seasoning and a little water,
simmer 10 minutes, DONE! {Seriously, you won’t be disappointed.}

Chef Jackie White

Yields enough for 3 pounds of meat (Chicken/Turkey/Beef)



2 Tbs. chili powder
5 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbs. onion powder
2 tsp. Celtic sea salt
2½ tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper



  • Combine above ingredients to make taco seasoning.
  • In a sauté pan cook 1 pound of ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink.
  • Add ¾ cup water or tomato sauce and 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning.
  • Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.



  • Double/Triple seasoning ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to a year.
  • Tired of Tacos? Make Taco Burgers: Mix 2 Tbs. of seasoning per lb. meat and form patties
